Perform Review supports three review types, drawn from whichever credits you hold: Self and Peer Assessments : available on Free Credits and every paid option. Manager Assessments : writing reviews for your direct reports requires Premium Credits, a Season Pass, or Pro. Premium options also unlock customization such as Company & Industry Context and Tone Adjustment.

Review Season Pass : A one-time pass for a single review cycle (20 Premium Credits for 30 days, or 50 for 90 days). Includes AI Review Refinement and Pro Review Management. Premium Credits granted with the pass expire with the pass. Pro Subscription : 30 Premium Credits per month with everything, including AI Review Refinement, Pro Review Management, Custom Questions, Pro Settings, and the AI Career & Manager Coach. Your monthly Premium Credits granted with your subscription refresh to 30 each month and don't roll over, but can be topped up with Premium Credit Packs at any time.

What is the Achievement Log?

The Achievement Log is a running record of your wins throughout the year, so you're never starting a review from a blank page. It's available to every user, with optional email reminders (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or twice a year) to nudge you to log something new before it slips your mind. You can also link Slack to log entries without leaving your workspace: use the /log command, or DM the bot directly. Entries can be tagged as Achievement, Task, or Feedback, and you can log about yourself or about a person you've added under "About Others."

Will my review sound like it was written by AI?

Drafts are written in natural, professional language and are built entirely from the details you provide, not generic filler. That said, we recommend treating every draft as a starting point: read it, edit it, and make it sound like you before submitting. The final review is always yours.

Does Perform Review offer reviews for different industries or job roles?

Yes, you can specify Job Title in any of our review types, and the AI will tailor each review for relevance. With Premium Credits, you can also specify Industry and Company Context: tech, sales, management, customer service, or more, ensuring alignment with your professional environment.

How is my payment and privacy protected?
